Furthermore the apartment provides pleasant and useful equipment like TV with satellite, washing-machine, ventilator, iron, and ironing board. Moreover it has a 18m² terracce with a table and chairs, a grill, and a hammock providing a nice view towards the sea. It also has a private garage and a community parking-space and is located just 1500m away from shopping- facilities, restaurants, and bars. There is access to a path that goes alongside to the coast.
