Apartment in Malgrat de Mar, Costa Brava. This accommodation is situated in the beautiful village of Maresme, only 60km from Barcelona and 30k m from Girona. The �apart hotel� Iris is in a privileged area in the old part of town, only 50m from the beach. Located on a pedestrian street lined with shops and restaurants. The apartment is comprised of one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a tub. The entire apartment is decorated with good taste. There is a train station only 400 meters away, and we are a short distance from Gral. Road, which connects with the main highway. While staying in our apartments, there are numerous activities: boat excursions, horse back riding, Aquatic Parks (Marine land and Water World) and golf courses are 30km away. Finally, our magnificent beaches provide the perfect opportunity for fun and relaxation for families, friends, or a romantic get-away.
