Beautiful apartment in a resort near Tossa de Mar

The dishes in the apartment was worn out and old, located through the mattresses. Here, so is room for improvement. The radiator insufficient also to heat the apartment, but the owner brought us then more pellet.

Das Geschirr in der Wohnung war abgenutzt und alt, die Matratzen durchgelegen. Hier besteht also Verbesserungsbedarf. Die Heizkörper reichten zudem nicht aus, um die Wohnung zu beheizen, aber der Vermieter brachte uns dann weitere Ofenheizungen.

Our contact person was outstanding he met us the first day and showed us around the accommodation ensuring we knew where everything was located. He also offered advice on places to see and visit while in Spain. The view is absolutely spectacular and the accommodations are first rate very clean and... very spacious. We would highly recommend staying at this location and would not hesitate to come back.

7/10 - The apartment is very comfortable, decorated in a warm and careful, the owner is very welcoming, and introduces a nice trusting relationship. The only negative point of the apartment is its location, we thought to be closer to the centre of Tossa, roads are very dangerous, and the beach is ...not really 10 minutes walk, we have always been there by car. The beaches are even more beautiful than the photos, exceptional... The absolute calm! 

7/10 - L'appartement est très agréable, avec une décoration chaleureuse et soignée, le propriétaire est très accueillant, et instaure une relation de confiance sympa. Le seul point négatif de l'appartement est sa localisation, nous pensions être plus proche du centre de Tossa, les routes ...sont très dangereuses, et la plage n'est pas réellement à 10 minutes à pied, nous y avons toujours été en voiture. Les plages sont encore plus belles que sur les photos, exceptionnelles... Le calme absolu! 

The accommodation is located directly in Tossa de Mar, but in Cala Salions, which 10 km from Tossa de Mar. It is ziemilich secluded but beautiful and very quiet. A car is but absolutely necessary, because the location Cala Salions not much has much to offer.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht direkt in Tossa de Mar, sondern in Cala Salions, welches 10 km von Tossa de Mar entfernt ist. Es ist ziemilich abgelegen, aber wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Ein Auto ist aber unbedingt erforderlich, da der Ort Cala Salions nicht sehr viel zu bieten hat.

The quality of the TV was very good at first glance. But then, you ponias to throttle and it it did not work. In the description also put that havia DVD and no trace of the. The toasting not funcionava, a bath nor... OH(28/06/10) Note the owner tells us that the bathroom has been repaired and DVB-T ...tv works, sometimes Freeview connection is interrupted, but is a general problem that does not depend on the owner or the TV DVD and toaster have been reinstated in the equipment of the apartment. 

La calidad de la televisión era muy buena a primera vista. Pero luego, te ponias a tocar el mando y resulta que no funcionaba. En la descripción también ponia que havia DVD y ni rastro de el. La tostado tampoco funcionava, un baño tampoco... <br/><br/> nota de OH(28/06/10) el ...propietario nos comunica que el baño ha sido reparado y que la tv TDT funciona, a veces se interrumpe la conexión TDT pero es un problema general que no depende del propietario o de la TV. DVD y tostadora han sido reincorporados en el equipamiento del apartamento.  

We have enjoyed the stay in the apartment. However, has long been one of the two specified toilets was broken and could not be used, what we have (three) very regrets. Communication with our contact person was more than difficult, because his German was only rudimentary, he spoke no English or ...French and your Spanish was also not the best. Via telephone was an understanding difficult to accomplish.  

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Appartment sehr genossen. Allerdings war eine der beiden angegebenen Toiletten schon seit längerem defekt und konnte nicht benutzt werden, was wir (zu dritt) sehr bedauert haben. Die Verständigung mit unserer Kontaktperson war mehr als schwierig, weil sein Deutsch nur... rudimentär war, er kein Englisch oder Französisch sprach und sein Spanisch auch nicht das beste war. Über Telefon war also eine Verständigung kaum zu bewerkstelligen. <br/><br/>note of OH(28/06/10) Der Eigentümer bestätigt all-berlin-apartments, dass die Toilette repariert wurde. 

Apartment that would have the stamp if maintained. Unfortunately on a print of a rental left a l abandonment. Glass broken wc, more gas in the bottle of heating, tire broken plug. Ditto for grill bread, fan of the House. Not of correct glass (glasses a digestive), not Bowl for small lunch (my wife ...bought at 90cts!), the soil and l apartment were really dirty, unworthy of a rental. . We do not understand the previous comments. Can be are we too difficult. Some positive notes: beautiful views and quiet. OH(01/06/10) Note the owner assures us that the ice in the bathroom, the toaster and the fan work and that the distribution of the gas is regular. 

Appartement qui aurait du cachet si entretenu. Malheureusement on a l impression d' une location laissée a l abandon. Vitre des wc cassée, plus de gaz dans la bouteille du chauffage, tire bouchon cassé. Idem pour grill pain, ventilateur de la chambre. Pas de verre correcte (verres a digestifs), ...pas de bol pour petits déjeuner ( ma femme en a acheté à 90cts!!!!), par ailleurs le sol et l appartement etaient vraiment sales, indignes d' une location. . Nous ne comprenons pas les commentaires précédents. Peut être sommes nous trop difficiles. Quelques notes positifs : magnifique vue et calme. <br/><br/> nota de OH(01/06/10)Le propriétaire nous assure que la glace dans la salle de bains, le grille pain et le ventilateur fonctionnent et que la distribution du gaz est régulière.
