Apartment in L'Estartit with garden and shared swimming-pool, just 150m from the beach in a quiet, family zone with numerous services.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment, each with two single beds (190x80cm) that can be joined if required. In the living room come dining room there is a roll-out sofa-bed for two people, recommended for children under 12 years old. The open plan kitchen is equipped with four electric hobs, a fridge-freezer, toaster and an electric coffee maker. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a washbasin and a WC. The apartment features exterior windows and a terrace that looks on to the street. Air-conditioning is also included in the price.
The apartment features an LCD television with satellite channels.
The terrace is furnished with chairs and a table. There is an elevator in the building and a communal area with a swimming pool and slide. The apartment is located 50m from a supermarket and a range of restaurants, and 500m from a shopping centre.

In the building reception you will find various PC with internet conection installed for the guests for an extra Price of 2 € each 30 minutes.
Key collection:- from 17.00h and before 20.00h. Clients who arrive outside office hours, after 20.00h and before 04.00h will be charged 10.00 euros to collect their keys. This applies to arrivals between the date’s 11.06.11 and until 17.09.11. It is not possible to collect your keys after 20.00h outside of these dates.
To collect the keys, please go to the reception office “Apartments Sa Gavina”, located in the street Arquitecto Gaudi nº1, only 2 blocks away from your apartment.

le service de l'agence de location est super : 20/20 18/20 pour la propreté de la résidence!! 14/20 pour l'appartement : les wc fonctionnaient mal, 1 des 3 plaque de four ne fonctionnait pas , il manquant des ustenciles de cuisine : grande poele...
