The apartment features a bedroom with two single beds (190x80cm) that can be joined if required. In the living room come dining room there is a roll-out sofa-bed for two people, recommended for children under 12 years old. The open plan kitchen is equipped with four electric hobs, a fridge-freezer, toaster and an electric coffee maker. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a washbasin and a WC. The apartment features exterior windows and a terrace that looks on to the street. Air-conditioning is also included in the price.
The apartment features an LCD television with satellite channels.
The terrace is furnished with chairs and a table. There is an elevator in the building and a communal area with a swimming pool and slide. The apartment is located 50m from a supermarket and a range of restaurants, and 700m from a shopping centre.
MINIUM STAY OF 7 NIGHTS BETWEEN 20 JULY AND 23 AUGUST. Arrival and departures on Saturdays.

the keys withdrawal hours is between 17.00 and 20.00. For the customers who arrive outside the office hoursbetween 20.00 and 04.00, it will be charged an extra price of 10 euros, for the withdrawal of the keys. This will be applied for arrivals between the 11.06 and the 17.09. Outside these dates it is not possible to withdraw the keys after 20.00.
