In the living room come dining room there is a roll-out sofa-bed for two people, recommended for children under 12 years old. The open plan kitchen is equipped with four electric hobs, a fridge-freezer, toaster and an electric coffee maker. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a washbasin and a WC. The apartment features exterior windows and a terrace that looks on to the street. Air-conditioning is also included in the price.
The apartment features an LCD television with satellite channels.
The terrace is furnished with chairs and a table. There is an elevator in the building and a communal area with a swimming pool and slide. The apartment is located 50m from a supermarket and a range of restaurants, and 700m from a shopping centre.
MINIUM STAY OF 7 NIGHTS BETWEEN 20 JULY AND 23 AUGUST. Arrival and departures on Saturdays.

In the building reception you will find various PC with internet conection installed for the guests for an extra Price of 2 € each 30 minutes.

Key collection:- from 17.00h and before 20.00h. Clients who arrive outside office hours, after 20.00h and before 04.00h will be charged 10.00 euros to collect their keys. This applies to arrivals between the date’s 11.06.11 and until 17.09.11. It is not possible to collect your keys after 20.00h outside of these dates.
