The apartment features two bedrooms, each with two single beds (190x80cm) that can be joined if required. In the living room come dining room there is a roll-out sofa-bed for one person, recommended for children under 12 years old. The open plan kitchen is equipped with four electric hobs, a fridge-freezer, toaster and an electric coffee maker. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a washbasin and a WC.
The apartment features an LCD television with satellite channels and air conditioning in the living room.
The terrace is furnished with chairs and a table. There is an elevator in the building and a communal area with a swimming pool and slide. The apartment is located 50m from a supermarket and a range of restaurants, and 700m from a shopping centre.
