There is a complete bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with the kitchenware, a fridge, a cooktop, a microwave and a washing machine.

The apartment has a satellite TV and an air conditioning system. The rental price includes the use of the parking and the pool, the internet access, the costs for cleaning, water and electricity and the change of sheets twice a week.
