Apartment with roof terrace in El Molinar, Palma de Mallorca

The apartment was infested by ants.The Materazzen were located by.The accessories in the kitchen was not more than a Behelf.Die outdoor furniture and provisions were unhygienic.

Die Wohnung war von Ameisen befallen. Die Materazzen waren durchgelegen. Das Zubehör in der Küche war nicht mehr als ein Behelf. Die Terrassenmöbel und Auflagen waren unhygienisch.

We have stayed in the same appartment four times and have loved it, however, it is now in need a repair with blinds, shower, taps and bed being in need of repair. The bed is very poor and uncomfortable. With the appartment contact not speaking English I mailed you several days in advance advising of... our earlier arrival time, we spent a long time then waiting for the contact to arrive as she had not been advised. 

Facilities slightly defective, little glasses, bottle opener, no pads for the deck chairs which were umbrellas kapput. There were little things that can be improved. Otherwise, the apartment was very nice. Unfortunately, the contact person on the spot spoke only Spanish, but in the end everything worked well.

Austattung etwas mangelhaft, kaum Gläser, Flaschenöffner, keine Auflagen für die Liegestühle, die Sonnenschirme waren kapput. Es waren Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden können. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr schön. Leider hat die Kontaktperson vor Ort nur Spanisch gesprochen, aber im Endeffekt hat alles gut geklappt.

No separate bedroom, spatially not through a door separated.

Kein separates Schlafzimmer, räumlich nicht durch eine Tür getrennt.

Slightly small, but perfect for a little group of friends or a little family. The 2 terraces makes this flat bigger than it looks. Perfect position, close to a wonderful seafront and many typical delicious restaurants. I'm surely going to book this place again!

nous avons été reçu par la fille et nous a juste demandé de payer et ne nous a pas expliqué le minimum pour le fonctionnement, aucun état des lieux de fait, le canapé lit cassé, manquait du papier toilette, pas de sucre, les draps étaient déjà dans les lits donc pas sure qu'ils soient propres !!!!

La description du logement ainsi que l'angle de prises de vues des photos du logement laissent à penser que le logement dispose d'une chambre fermée, ce qui n'est pas le cas, et qui peut poser problème. Il est également dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de wifi dans l'appartement. Enfin, petits ...problèmes de compréhension avec le contact qui ne parle pas anglais. Mais dans l'ensemble, très bonne expérience, à renouveler. 

Wonderful little apartment in perfection location. Would definitely stay here again.
