The apartment is situated in the fisher district El Molinar close to Palma de Majorca at the sea. It is an top floor apartment and big windows offer beautiful views over the sea. It is practical and modern furnished and receives a lot of natural light. It is kept in mediteranean colours which makes it very comfortable. The apartment disposes of three bedrooms all of which furnished with two single bed each. There is a sofa bed with a pull out matress in the living room that sleeps 2 people. There is a TV, CD, DVD and a video in the living room. For hot days in summer and fresh days in winter the apartment is equipped with air condition and heating. The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, hobs, microwave, toaster, pots, plates, etc. There is a terrace with marvellous seaview just ideal to have breakfast or use the outdoor shower (with warm water).

Ideal location on the outskirts of Palma with a wonderful view of bedroom and living room overlooking the sea, the promenade and in the distance the Cathedral. Ertwa 45 minutes on foot to the old town. Certainly a shortcoming is the aircraft noise, close to the approach. The apartment is on the 3rd ...floor, this beautiful view, but on foot you should already be. Suitable for 2 couples or 4 people. The third bedroom has no window. The equipment is generally quite ok but care and some erneurungsbedürftig. As a whole we have felt us very comfortable. The delivery was very close, a short explanation e.g. oven would have been good.
Ideale Lage am Rande von Palma mit wunderbarem Blick von Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer auf das Meer, die Promenade und in der Ferne die Kathedrale. Die Altstadt in ertwa 45 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Manko ist sicherlich der Fluglärm, da in der Nähe der Einflugschneise. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. ...Stock, hierdurch schöner Ausblick, aber gut zu Fuß sollte man schon sein. Für 2 Paare oder 4 Personen gut geeignet. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich ganz ok, allerdings pflege- und z.T. erneurungsbedürftig. Insgesamt haben wir uns ganz wohl gefühlt. Die Übergabe war sehr knapp, eine kurze Erläuterung z.B. des Herds wäre gut gewesen.

Accommodation very basic - the kitchen and bathroom need improvement. For example the kitchen has no equipment and what is there is very poor - 5 out of 6 mugs were chipped, there were only 2 wine glasses, no mixing or cooking bowls. One tiny bathroom and toilet is not enough for 6 people.

The apartment is very easy hotel zT located by mattresses and bed bases. One of the three bedrooms had no exterior Windows and smelled very moldy, not to use. In the second bedroom, the Windows was leaking, it entered the rainwater on the ground. Bathroom with mold in the shower. Roof terrace and ...eingeglastes dining room are wonderful, super views of the sea and Palma. Kitchen OK.
Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach ausgesattet, zT durchgelegene Matratzen und Bettgestelle. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer hatte kein Aussenfenster und roch sehr modrig, war nicht zu benutzen. Beim zweiten SZ war das Balkonfenster undicht, es trat Regenwasser am Boden ein. Bad mit Schimmel in der Dusche. ...Dachterrasse und eingeglastes Esszimmer sind herrlich, super Blick auf das Meer und Palma. Küchenaustattung OK.
