From the spacious living- and dining-room you can enter a 4m² terracce with a table and chairs.The kitchen is equipped with fridge, work-surface, electronic hobs, oven, microwave, coffee-machine, crockery, and other kitchen-utensilities. The bathrooms has a bath tub. Furthermore the apartment provides pleasant and useful equipment like TV, washing-machine, iron and ironing board. It is located in the city-centre with various shopping-facilities, bars and restaurants.The building has an elevator and access for disabled people. Check in and Check out from June to September only on Saturdays and minimum stay of 7 days. From October to May the arrival day must be from Monday to Saturday minimum stay of two days.    Check-in between 4pm and 7.30pm, Check-out until 10am.
