Apartment right in the centre of Roses, 50m from the beach, and very near all different kinds of shops, restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed in it and the other has 2 single beds, with the beds’ measuring 180x135 (doubles) and 180x80 (singles). The kitchen is furnished with a fridge, an oven, a worktop, a coffee machine, crockery and other kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower tray. The apartment is also furnished with various electrical appliances such as a TV, a washing machine, an iron/ironing board. You can get to the 4 m2 terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs and with views over the Puig Rom mountain from the bright living room, so you can make the most of your holiday. The fact that it is near the marina means that it is perfect for water sports’ lovers.

From June to September the rentals usually go from Saturday to Saturday, and the rest of the time arrivals go from Monday to Saturday with a minimum stay of two days. The deposit must be signed with authorisation of your credit card when you arrive. You can arrive at any time in the afternoon between 4pm and 7.30pm and you have to check out before 10am in the morning. The cleaning of the apartment costs 15 euros more, but this must be requested in advance.
